This Research-Use Disclaimer is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every product sold on biochainusa.com and to every interaction with the Site.

1. Research use only

All BioChain USA products are sold strictly for in vitro, laboratory, analytical, or preclinical research use. They are not intended, designed, marketed, or sold for human or animal consumption, in vitro diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any clinical application. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or therapeutic products of any kind. They are not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration, the Drug Enforcement Administration, or any other regulator for any human or veterinary use.

2. Adults 21+ and US residents

Access to the Site and purchase of any product require that you are at least 21 years of age and a resident of the United States, physically present in the United States at each interaction. The Site is gated by age verification at first visit. Bypassing or falsifying the age gate or the residence representation is a material breach of our Terms of Service.

3. Customer responsibility

You, the customer, are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, storage, transfer, and use of the products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and any institutional, biosafety, or ethical requirements that apply to your work.

4. No medical, scientific, or therapeutic claims

BioChain USA makes no claims, express or implied, that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, or mitigates any disease, illness, or condition in humans or animals. Any reference on the Site to published research literature is provided as scientific background only and does not constitute a recommendation for any human or animal use.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not, and you may not permit any other person to:

(a) administer any product to, or use any product in or on, any human being, including self-administration;

(b) administer any product to, or use any product in or on, any companion animal, livestock, or other animal;

(d) resell, redistribute, transfer, repackage, relabel, or compound any product for human or animal consumption;

(e) represent any product as a dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, drug, or therapeutic;

(f) export, ship, or facilitate the shipment of any product outside the United States; or

(g) provide any product to a person you reasonably believe intends to do any of (a) through (f).

Any of the foregoing is a material breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, forfeiture of any pending refunds or credits, indemnification of BioChain USA, and referral to regulators, law enforcement, or other authorities as required or permitted by law.

6. Cooperation with law enforcement and regulators

BioChain USA may, and where required by law will, cooperate with federal, state, and local authorities (including the FDA, DEA, FTC, state attorneys general, state pharmacy boards, and similar foreign authorities to the extent applicable) in any inquiry, investigation, or proceeding involving the Site, our products, or any customer. Cooperation may include disclosure of order records, account information, communications, and acknowledgement timestamps. Disclosures are made as required or permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

7. Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Each batch of BioChain USA product is independently tested in United States laboratories against a published purity specification. The Certificate of Analysis for the specific batch you receive is the authoritative description of identity, purity, and analytical method. Web copy is informational and may lag actual batch specifications. COAs are available on request. Email info@biochainusa.com with your order number.

8. Storage and handling

Lyophilized peptides should be stored as directed on the product page or label, typically refrigerated at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, protected from light, in original unopened packaging. Once reconstituted, follow standard laboratory peptide-handling guidance for the specific compound. Storage and handling are your responsibility after delivery.

9. Acknowledgement

By placing an order, by checking the acknowledgement boxes at checkout, and at each interaction with the Site, you affirm that you have read and understood this Research-Use Disclaimer, that you meet the eligibility requirements, that you accept the prohibitions in Section 5, and that you accept full responsibility for the lawful and appropriate use of any product you obtain from BioChain USA.
