Accessibility Statement

BioChain USA
Effective date: 2026-05-28
Last updated: 2026-05-28

Our commitment

BioChain USA is committed to making biochainusa.com accessible to people with disabilities. We work to align the Site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referenced in Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and in most state and federal accessibility enforcement.

Standards

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We test new pages and significant changes against these standards before publication, and we run periodic site-wide reviews.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. The Site is updated regularly, and some pages or components may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations and remediation plans are tracked internally and addressed in priority order.

Compatibility

We design for compatibility with current major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with the operating-system accessibility tools built into Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android (including VoiceOver, TalkBack, Narrator, and Magnifier). Third-party browser extensions, very old browser versions, and custom assistive setups may produce inconsistent results.

Tell us about an accessibility issue

If you have difficulty using any part of biochainusa.com because of a disability, please tell us so we can fix it.

  • Email: info@biochainusa.com (subject: “Accessibility”)
  • Mail: BioChain USA, Attn: Accessibility, 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001

When you contact us, please include:

  • a description of the issue you experienced,
  • the page URL where you experienced the issue,

  • any contact information you would like us to use to follow up.

Response time

We acknowledge accessibility reports within five (5) business days and follow up with an update or a remediation plan within thirty (30) days. Complex issues may take longer; we will keep you informed.

Alternative access

If a specific Site feature is not accessible to you, contact us at the address above and we will provide the information or transaction option by an alternative method (email, phone, mail) at no additional cost.

Formal complaints

If you believe we have not adequately addressed an accessibility concern, you may file a complaint with the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Rights Division, or with the appropriate state or local civil-rights authority.
